What NewGradPaths is

NewGradPaths is a job board that aggregates new-grad and entry-level postings sourced directly from company career pages, plus optional tools (accounts, saved jobs, a resume builder, tailored resume/cover-letter generation) to help you use those listings. We don't employ anyone posted here and aren't a party to any application, interview, offer, or hire — every "Apply" link takes you to the hiring company's own site, and that application happens between you and them.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from the Danger Zone on your profile page.

Job listings

Listings are scraped from public company career pages and classified (by automated rules and, for some postings, an AI model) as suitable for new grads / candidates with under a year of experience. That classification is a best-effort filter, not a guarantee — postings can be outdated, filled, mislabeled by the source company, or misclassified. Always verify details on the company's own posting before applying or making decisions based on it.

AI-generated content

The resume parser, improvement suggestions, and tailored resume/cover-letter generator use an AI model (Claude) to rephrase and reorganize content you provide — it's instructed not to invent employers, dates, or metrics, but you're responsible for reviewing anything generated before you submit it to an employer. Treat it as a drafting aid, not a final, unreviewed submission.

Credits and payment

Tailored resume/cover-letter generations beyond the free allotment are purchased as one-time credit packs via Stripe. Credits are tied to your account, don't expire, and aren't refundable once a generation has been used, though we're happy to help with billing issues — email hello@newgradpaths.com.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, spider, or bulk-extract listings or user data from the site.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Don't upload malicious files or content that violates someone else's rights.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee job listings are accurate, current, or that using the site will result in an interview or offer. To the extent permitted by law, NewGradPaths isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
