Job Responsibilities: Weekly TEK 1.Weekly TEK chart update based on rolling forecast 2.Timely early warning of capacity-related issues. 3.Capacity meeting OPL coordinate and follow up, work with the team to find out the solutions for capacity issues Monthly TEK 1.Update the TEK based on RF_Cap (including SMT and offline process) 2.MAE investment and line optimization confirmation in order to meet customer demand 3.SMT Maximum capacity calculation for delivery meeting 4.Ensure timely communication and data alignment with the value stream concerning maximum capacity for each respective function. Capacity Survey 1.Booking line shut down time for line optimization project 2.Capacity analysis for new coming projects 3.Survey capacity to support potential product volume ramp-ups. 4.Daily maximum capacity simulation based on value stream level BPS related topics 1.Bubble diagram raw data input 2.BPS workshop information preparation 3.Support layout and material flow planning Other Topics 1.Product roadmap definition and follow up which align with the long-term capacity planning 2.TEK premises definition and alignment 3.SMT components collection 4.Sharing meeting report for TEK information 5.Proxy of long-term capacity planning Qualifications • Bachelor Degree • 1-3 years working experience • Planning skills, EXCEL, PPT, SAP, PBI • Data analysis and mining capabilities • Good communication • Willing to take responsibility
